This is a mesh item, in exception to the ironing board which is sculpted. Total land impact is 30. The washers and dryers are stainless steel, land impact of 5 each and the owner is able to change the colors using a color change menu by simply touching the washer and selecting the desired color. Mix n match, the possibilities are endless. Touch the washer and dryer doors to start the animation, touch again to stop. Stand on the mats to interact with the washer and dryer.
The ironing board is sculpted, just grab an iron and get rid of those wrinkles, land impact is 9. animated poses.
No laundry room is complete without accessories and a place to rest and relax. There is a bench to seat 2, The hamper is animated, so be careful, you may fall in, its also perfect for taking a quick nap.
